(Tucson, AZ) Pima Community College volleyball player Victoria Page helped the Aztecs pick up two victories in its hosted Aztec Classic Invitational and was rewarded for the week of Aug. 24-30.
Page, a freshman right-side hitter, was named ACCAC Division II Co-Offensive Player of the Week along with Kamryn Moyer from Scottsdale Community College.
Page posted a combined 21 kills on 31 attempts with a .645 hitting percentage as Pima defeated Highland Community College and Northwest College last Saturday.
She recorded 10 kills while hitting .563 vs. Highland. She followed that by producing 11 kills on 15 attempts with no errors. Page had a .733 hitting percentage against Northwest.
Page has 68 kills on 150 total attacks as she has played in all eight matches and 26 sets to start the season.
The Aztecs are hosting their Alumni Match tonight at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium at 7:00 p.m. They open ACCAC conference play on Friday against South Mountain Community College at 7:00 p.m.
