(Tempe, AZ)  Following one of the most successful seasons in recent history, Arizona State Athletic Director Graham Rossini and Sun Devil Softball head coach Megan Bartlett have agreed to a contract extension through the 2031 season to ensure the continued growth and wayward trajectory following the 2026 season.

“Megan has put her mark on Sun Devil Softball through the program she has built, the talent she has developed and the championship culture she has created,” said Sun Devil Athletics Director Graham Rossini. “She has established an environment where softball student-athletes learn from her experience competing at a high level as both a player and a coach, and benefit from the outstanding assistant coaches and support staff she has assembled. That work culminated in last season’s Big 12 title and a return to the national stage. We are excited to continue building together.”

“My family and I are thrilled to be Sun Devils for the foreseeable future as is my incredibly dedicated staff and their families,” Bartlett said. “Returning Sun Devil Softball to national prominence was a labor of love and I could not be more thankful for the people who supported us on this journey.

“I want to offer our sincerest thanks to Graham Rossini and Marcus Williams as well as President Crow. Arizona State is a special place and it’s because of people like them. I could not be more grateful to be a Sun Devil.”
