(Tucson, AZ) Pima Community College women’s basketball player Kiley Sours-Miller (Dream City Christian) was an integral part of its wins during the week of Jan. 11-17 and the ACCAC conference took notice.
Sours-Miller, a sophomore post player, was named ACCAC Division II Player of the Week for the second time this season. She got her first nod during the week of Nov. 30-Dec. 6.
Sours-Miller averaged 19.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.0 blocks and 1.5 assists in Pima’s wins over No. 23 Scottsdale Community College and Phoenix College. She shot 81 percent (17-for-21) from the field and 83 percent (5-for-6) from the free throw line.
Sours-Miller has five double-doubles in points and rebounds so far this season. She is averaging 16.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.9 blocks and 1.1 assists playing and starting in 18 games this season. Sours-Miller is shooting 59.4 percent from the field.
The Aztecs will be back at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium on Saturday when they host South Mountain Community College. Tip-off is set for 2:00 p.m.
