(Hermosillo, Sonora) In the final game of the first half, Tucson returned to winning ways, defeating Hermosillo 4-3.
Agustín Ruiz got the scoring going, driving in two runs early in the game with a double that brought in River Town and Aldo Nuñez for the first runs of the game.

Hermosillo got on the board with one run in the bottom of the same inning to make it 2-1, with Willie Calhoun scoring on an error by Aldo Nuñez. Tucson regained the lead at 3-1 when River Town scored on a single by Donny Sands in the top of the third inning.
The game remained close until the end of the sixth inning, when Hermosillo managed to score twice, tying the game at 3 runs apiece.
Angel Ramirez singled, driving in TT Bowens and Jesus Loya for the second and third runs, respectively.

The tie was broken in the eighth inning when Alejandro Quezada scored on a single by Gaige Howard.
In the ninth inning, Tucson brought in Garret Alexander, who pitched brilliantly, retiring three batters and striking out two to earn the save, giving Tucson the victory in the final game of the series and the first half of the season.
Dalton Rodriguez earned the win, while Daniel Massaki took the loss.
