(Tucson, AZ). Pima Community College volleyball player Maggie McReynolds (Mountain View HS) produced a stellar week on the court and was rewarded for her efforts by the ACCAC conference.
McReynolds, a sophomore outside hitter, was named ACCAC Division II Offensive Player of the Week.
She finished the week of Oct. 12-18 with 33 kills on 90 attacks (.255) with 37 digs, 10 aces and five assists as the Aztecs played 10 sets but fell at Central Arizona College and Mesa Community College.
McReynolds has 227 kills (3.60 per set) on 648 attacks, 174 digs (2.76 per set), 38 aces and 272.5 points in 18 matches and 63 sets played. She has produced double digits in kills for 16 of the 19 matches played so far this season and has nine double-doubles in kills and digs.
The Aztecs are back on the road tonight as they play at No. 16 ranked Scottsdale Community College. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m.
