(Aliso Viejo, CA) The Great Southwest Athletic Conference announced its 2025-26 Winter Sports Scholar-Athletes Monday afternoon, naming 13 athletes from the Park University Gilbert men’s and women’s basketball teams.
To qualify as a GSAC Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institutions for at least one full year.
The conference honored 107 Winter-Sports Scholar Athletes, across men’s and women’s basketball as well as men’s and women’s swim & dive.
Men’s and women’s basketball are the only winter NAIA sponsored sports that Park University Gilbert hosts. The women’s basketball team had ten GSAC Scholar-Athletes and the men’s team had three.

Kiley Bush – WBB, Jr., Early Childhood Development, 3.50 GPA
Alynna Palacios – WBB, Sr., Organizational Communication, 3.50 GPA
Caleb Ivy – MBB, Gr., Criminal Justice, 3.66 GPA

Including the fall, Park-Gilbert now has 46 total GSAC Scholar-Athletes in the 2025-26 school year.
