Tucson, AZ –The Pima Community College soccer teams found out their seeds on Tuesday in their respected NJCAA Division II National Tournaments in Wichita, KS.
The Women’s Soccer team will be the No. 6 seed and will play in Pool C. The Aztecs will play No. 10 seed Sussex County Community College (NJ) on Monday, Nov. 17. They will close out pool play on Tuesday, Nov. 18against No. 3 seed Heartland Community College (IL). Both games will be at 3:15 p.m. (CT); 2:15 p.m. Tucson time. The Aztecs claimed the Region I, Division II/West District Championships to advance.
The Men’s Soccer team earned an at-large bid and will be the No. 7 seed. They will play No. 11 seed St. Clair County Community College on Monday, Nov. 17 in Pool B play and then will close it out against No. 2 seed Iowa Lakes Community College on Tuesday, Nov. 18. Both games will start at 12:45 p.m. (CT); 11:45 a.m. Tucson time. The Aztecs fell to Phoenix College in the Region I, Division II Finals.
All the games of the NJCAA Division II National Tournament will be played at the Stryker Sports Complex and will be live streamed on the NJCAA Network.
