The Pima Athletics fall postseason and winter sports seasons continue. The men’s soccer is competing at the national tournament in Daytona, FL. The women’s basketball team will play in Thatcher, AZ while the men’s basketball team hosts three games at the West Campus Gymnasium.
The No. 1 ranked and No. 1 seeded Aztecs men’s soccer team will kickoff the NJCAA Division I Tournament on Monday as they play No. 12 seeded Muskegon Community College. They will play No. 8 seed Northeast Texas Community College on Wednesday. Both games are part of Pool A play and will be at 9:30 a.m. (ET). The national semifinal will be on Friday and the championship match will be on Saturday.
The women’s basketball team will play Howard College on Thursday in their first game at the Eastern Arizona Classic in Thatcher, AZ. Tipoff will be at 3:00 p.m.
The men’s basketball team will host Grand Canyon University Club on Thursday at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium. Tipoff will be at 8:00 p.m.
The women’s basketball team will play Lower Columbia College on Friday at 1:00 p.m.
The men’s basketball team will host Golden State Prep on Friday at the West Campus Gymnasium at 6:00 p.m.
The men’s basketball team will host Odessa College on Saturday at the West Campus Gym at 12:00 p.m.
The women’s basketball team will close out play at the Eastern Arizona Classic on Saturday when they play Illinois Central College at 1:00 p.m.
Entry for football, soccer and basketball games is $5 general admission, $3 with student/military ID. Children under 10 get in for FREE. All other Pima sporting events are FREE ENTRY.
