(Tucson, AZ) The Pima Community College men’s basketball team (6-0) played its sixth straight home game at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium to open the 2025 season on Saturday against Justice University JV (Chandler).
The No. 3 ranked Aztecs defeated the Lions 142-47. The Aztecs took a 72-22 lead at halftime and outscored Justice University JV 70-25 in the second half.

Sophomore Mason Hunt scored a game-high 26 points.
Sophomore Isaac Johnson and freshman Isaiah Hill (Premier Prep) each posted 20 points.
The Pima bench scored 59 points. Sophomore Ky Green led the way with 20 points while freshman Rowan McKenzie (Boulder Creek HS) had 17 points. Sophomore Brock Mendoza added 15 points.
The Aztecs will open ACCAC conference play on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at Phoenix College. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
