(Tempe, AZ)  Freshman attacker, Juliette Dhalluin, who is averaging a hat trick per game has been named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Newcomer/S&R Sport Newcomer of the Week for the second time this season after leading the Sun Devils to a 2-1 weekend in the ASU Invitational.

Dhalluin notched 15 total goals on the weekend and tacked on another 10 assists which puts her at 50 goals and 23 assists on the season. Her 50 goals improve her standing on the program’s single-season goals scored by a freshman as she currently is tied for 5th with her 47. She also sits atop the MPSF leaderboard in goals, assists, points, and steals (34).

This weekend against No. 16(T) Harvard, Dhalluin notched four goals and an assist while defensively recording 3 steals and drew two exclusions.

In the Saturday win over Salem, Dhalluin notched 5 goals and 3 assists for eight points and tallied a steal.

In Sunday’s win over Marist, Dhalluin tallied a career-high 6 goals and a career-high 6 assists, which would have broken the program’s single-game point record had junior attacker Luca Petovary not set it the day before with her 14 point performance. In the win over Marist, she also had four steals defensively and drew two exclusions.

She finished the weekend with 15 goals, 10 assists, 8 steals, and 5 drawn exclusions.

Others nominated: Jenna Flynn (Stanford), Sienna Green (UCLA), and Claire Rowell (Cal).
