Kamden Kautz (Washington & Jefferson College) threw a masterful 9 inning complete game by striking out 9 and limiting the Gamblers to 4 hits.

Isaac Silva (Eastern Arizona) matched Kautz for 8 innings.  Silva struck out 16 and allowed 4 hits in 8 innings of outstanding pitching.

The game was scoreless going to top of the 9th when the Gauchos broke through with 4 runs off losing pitcher in relief Devin Alvarez (Eastern Arizona).

Andres Gonzalez (South Mountain CC) had the key hit in the 9th, a double that drove in 2 runs.

Raenan Padilla (Nogales HS) has 2 hits including a double to lead the Gamblers.

VAIL REBELS 3,  OLD PUEBLO KINGS  2

Angel Ochoa (SE Oklahoma State) hit a walk off single in the bottom of the 9th to propel the Rebels over the Kings 3-2.

Isaiah Jackson (Cienega HS), Ruben Villescusa (Rincon HS), and Diego Bejarano (Park University) had two hits for the Rebels Mario Bejarano (Tucson HS) came in the top of the 9th to pitch and was the winning pitcher.

The Kings offense was led by Kaiden Reeve (Dickinson State, ND)with 2 hits that included a double.

Carlos Molina (Paradise CC) had a solo homer for the Kings.

CATALINA AZTECS 12, NORTHWEST NIGHTHAWKS  0

Alex Bustamante (New Mexico State) coming off a stellar college season with Aggies that included a win over Oregon State in the Regionals, was the starter for the Aztecs.  Alex pitched 3 innings, struck out 6, and allowed no hits.

Benji Cazares (Tucson HS), led the Aztec with 3 hits and 4 runs batted in.

Shane Melick (Ironwood Ridge HS) had 2 hits for the Nighthawks.
