Aztecs Men’s Soccer National Champions Anatole Levallois and Minho Cha signs 4-year LOIs

(Tucson, AZ)  Pima Community College men’s soccer student assistant coach Anatole Levallois and player Minho Cha are heading to four-year institutions to continue their respected collegiate careers.

Levallois will continue his education and coaching journey at the University of Charleston, an NCAA Division II school in West Virginia. The Golden Eagles play in the Mountain East Conference.

Levallois, who hails from France, came to Pima intending to be an active player but a medical issue forced him to the sidelines. He transitioned into coaching role and helped the Aztecs capture the NJCAA Division II National Championship. The men’s soccer coaching staff of head coach David Cosgrove and assistant coaches Paul-David Seldis, Rene Huerta and Levallois were name the United Soccer Coaches JC Division II National Staff of the Year.

Levallois will be part of a Golden Eagles program that lost in the NCAA Division II National Championship game this season but won the National Championship in 2019. They have appeared in the national championship game in three of the last four years.

Cha committed to play at Point University, an NAIA school in West Point, Georgia. The Skyhawks play in the Appalachian Athletic Conference. Cha, from Seoul, South Korea, played in all 21 games for the Aztecs this season; making 17 starts in the backfield. He scored two goals and had four assists on the season.
