(PHOENIX, AZ) The Arizona Rattlers have signed another player to their roster, adding running back Xavier Quick for the 2022 season.
RB Xavier Quick (5’9, 225, Winston-Salem State University) joins the Rattlers for his IFL rookie season. Quick’s professional football experience includes NFL workouts with the Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, and Green Bay Packers. Collegiately, Quick played three seasons at Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. Throughout his career with the Rams, Xavier rushed 137 times for 570 yards (4.16 yards per carry) and four touchdowns.
A native of High Point, North Carolina, Quick attended T.W. Andrews High School. As a young athlete, Xavier trained in boxing, wrestling and developed a love for other outdoor activities, including fishing and hunting.
The Rattlers will play eight regular-season home games at Footprint Center, beginning in March 2022. The 16-game regular season runs through July, with the IFL playoffs scheduled to begin in late July.
