(Hutchinson, KS) The Pima Community College women’s track & field team closed out the 2025 season on Saturday at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor National Championships in.
The No. 8 ranked Aztecs finished in 12th place out of 37 teams with a total of 24 points.
Nine athletes earned NJCAA All-American honors in four events:
- Izzy Green (McClintock HS) – Second place in High Jump
- April Necaise – Fifth place in High Jump
- Morgan Pepe (Ironwood Ridge HS) – Fifth place in Pole Vault
- Ja’Niya Ross (Desert Vista HS) – Sixth place in High Jump
- Hannah Droeg (Ironwood Ridge HS) – Sixth place in Heptathlon
- Ella Allred (Benson HS) – Seventh place in 4×800 relay
- Reatta Danhof (Ironwood Ridge HS) – Seventh place in 4×800 relay
- Alyssa Perez (Agua Fria HS) – Seventh place in 4×800 relay
- Linda Rivero (Desert View HS) – Seventh place in 4×800 relay
Other Pima finishes in day three of the NJCAA Division I Outdoor National Championships:
- Reatta Danhof (Ironwood Ridge HS) – 10th place in 1,500 meters 4:40.53 (PR, second in Pima Outdoor school history)
- Hannah Droeg (Ironwood Ridge HS) – 13th place in Javelin 35.64 meters (116-11)
The Aztecs claimed their first Region I Team Championship since 2021 and had six individual region champions.
