(Mesa, AZ) The Park University Gilbert beach volleyball team (0-7, 0-5) dropped a pair of home contests to the Wayne State College Wildcats (7-2, 0-0), Monday afternoon at Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Ariz.
Between the two matchups the Buccaneers won three flights and sent four into the three-set tiebreaker, as the team showed competitive promise in this non-conference doubleheader.
The number one flight of Taylor Van Winkle and Jessica Goldsmith went 2-0 on the day, and Porsche Bauer and Anna DeMario picked up a win in the first game.

The Bucs will take on LPU this Thursday at 2:00 p.m. PST, and they face Hope International and The Master’s on Friday.
