(Tucson, AZ) Pima Community College women’s basketball player Kiley Sours-Miller continued her dominance in ACCAC conference play during the week of Feb. 9-15 and earned another award.
Sours-Miller, a freshman post player, was named ACCAC Division II Player of the Week for the sixth time this season. Her previous nods came during the weeks of Nov. 3-9, Nov. 17-23, Dec. 1-7, Jan. 12-18 and Jan. 19-25.
Sours-Miller averaged 21.0 points, 13.0 rebounds and added three assists, two steals and two blocks in Pima’s wins at Chandler-Gilbert Community College and against South Mountain Community College. She shot 56 percent from the field (19 for 34) and was 4 for 4 from the free throw line.
She has played in 25 games; making 22 starts and is averaging 16.9 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game. She is shooting 61.0 percent from the field.
The Aztecs beat Glendale Community College 66-46 on Wednesday and will be back on the road on Saturday when they play at No. 3 ranked Mesa Community College. Tipoff at 2:00 p.m.
