(Gilbert, AZ) Park University Gilbert Director of Athletics Angelique Claussen has announced the hiring of Lynne Myers the Park Gilberts new Compliance Coordinator. Myers becomes the first full-time compliance coordinator for Park Gilbert. She will work with the Buccaneer teams and the NAIA to ensure current and incoming students meet all of the requirements necessary to be eligible for competition for Park-Gilbert.
Myers brings a background in athletics at both the college and high school level. For the last three seasons, Myers was the head volleyball coach at West Point High School in Tolleson, Ariz., where she handled all aspects of running the program from coaching to scheduling, travel, fundraising and social media.
In addition, se was the Admissions Event Support Administrator for Grand Canton Education where she managed a team of six full-time employees and student workers. She ensured expectations were met for upcoming events, met with department leads and administrations and organized room assignments to fulfill dorm capacity.
Myers graduated from Grand Canyon University with a degree in in Sports Management and has a master’s from Liberty University in Coaching and Athletic Administration.
