Nolan Ganter’s .467 average and 10 RBI week earns ACCAC Player of the Week award

(Tucson, AZ)  Pima Community College baseball player Nolan Ganter (Pinnacle HS) produced strong games at the plate during the week of Mar. 23-29.

Ganter, a sophomore infielder, was named ACCAC Division II Player of the Week for the second time this season. He took home his first honor for the week of Jan. 19-25.

He hit .467 (7 for 15) with 10 RBIs, three runs and three doubles as the Aztecs went 3-1 with a split against Phoenix College and a sweep over Glendale Community College.

Ganter is hitting .345 on the season with 49 hits, 43 runs, 12 doubles, eight home runs, 41 RBIs and 15 walks in 40 games played.

The No. 16 ranked Aztecs will play an ACCAC doubleheader on Saturday at No. 3 South Mountain Community College in Phoenix. The first game starts at 12:00 p.m.
