(Tucson, AZ) Pima Community College women’s basketball player Kiley Sours-Miller produced a strong opening week in ACCAC conference play for the week of Nov. 17-23.
Sours-Miller, a freshman post player, was named ACCAC Division II Player of the Week for the second time this season. She took home her first honor for the week of Nov. 3-9.
She helped the Aztecs go 2-0 to begin ACCAC conference play with wins against Phoenix College and at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. She averaged 20.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, 1.0 steal and 1.0 assist in 40 total minutes. She went 19 for 31 (61 percent) from the field.
She has played in six games this season and is averaging 19.7 points, 10.5 rebounds and has a 67.5 field goal percentage.
The Aztecs will return to the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium on Wednesday against South Mountain Community College. Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m.
