(Tucson, AZ) Pima Community College women’s soccer player Solaris Graves (Ironwood Ridge HS) earned national recognition for her play during the week of August 21-27.
Graves, a freshman midfielder, was named the NJCAA Division II Player of the Week.
She scored four goals on seven shots on goal for the week. She scored two goals in Pima’s scrimmage against Arizona Christian University and went on to net another two goals in Pima’s 7-1 win over South Mountain Community College.
The No. 7 ranked Aztecs will play at No. 1 ranked Phoenix College on Saturday. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m.
