(Tucson, AZ) The Pima Community College baseball team is heading to Beatrice, Nebraska to play in the NJCAA West District Tournament with a chance to advance to the NJCAA Division I World Series.
The Aztecs will be part of the double-elimination tournament beginning on Thursday as all games will be played at Southeast Community College’s Christenson Field.

The Aztecs will open play on Thursday against McCook Community College (NE) at 3:00 p.m. (CDT) The second game will feature Salt Lake Community College vs. Southeast Community College at 7:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m. Tucson time) – (Game 1) Pima Community College Aztecs vs. McCook Community College Indians
7:00 p.m. (CDT) – (Game 2) Southeast Community College Storm vs. Salt Lake Community College Bruins
Friday, May 19
12:00 p.m. (CDT) – (Game 3) L1 vs. L2
3:00 p.m. (CDT) – (Game 4) W1 vs. W2
7:00 p.m. (CDT) – (Game 5) W3 vs. L4
Saturday, May 20
12:00 p.m. (CDT) – (Game 6) Championship Game
30-40 minutes after – (Game 7) If necessary
The Aztecs advanced on Saturday after claiming their first NJCAA Region I, Division I title since 1998. Live stream information will be provided at a later time.
