(Hobbs, NM) Pima Community College women’s track & field athlete Jackie Trice (Williams Field) closed out competition in the Heptathlon on Friday and earned more accolades.
The Aztecs have secured 13 team points after the second day of competition.
Trice has earned five of Pima’s team points. She took fifth place in the Heptathlon with 4453 points. She set a new personal-record and took first place in the Long Jump with a mark of 5.91 meters (19-feet, 4.75-inches). Her previous best was at 5.82 meters (19-1.25).
The Aztecs will close out competition at the NJCAA Division I National Championships on Saturday in Hobbs, NM.
