(Garden City, KS) Pima Community College women’s golf sophomore duo Maria Harrouch and Angelica Martinez (Tucson Magnet HS) closed out the third round of play at the NJCAA Division I National Championships on Thursday at the Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City, Kansas.
Harrouch finished her day shooting an 8-over par 80. She is now tied for 11th place with a three-day score of 231 (75-76-80). She is 10-strokes off the leader, who remains to be Pearl Phoncharatkun from Seminole State College. She has a three-day total of 221 (71-77-73).
Martinez sits tied for 34th place after she has a three-round total of 240 (80-80-80).
Martinez will tee off for the final round on Friday at 9:27 a.m. (7:27 a.m. Tucson time). Harrouch will begin her final round at 9:36 a.m. (7:36 a.m.).
