(Sierra Vista, AZ) The Pima Community College women’s soccer team (2-4-1) struggled to find the back of the net on Thursday as the Aztecs were blanked on the road.
The Aztecs fell 2-0 at Cochise College (5-3, 5-3) as the Apaches scored a goal in each half. The Aztecs have managed one goal in the last three games.
The Aztecs finished with six shots on goal for the game. Freshman goalkeeper Angelina Amparano (Salpointe Catholic HS) finished the game with three saves.
The Aztecs will close out the regular season on Thursday when they host Scottsdale Community College at the West Campus Aztec Soccer Field part of the Chapman Auto Sports Complex. The teams are on the pitch at 7:00 p.m.
