(Tempe, AZ) No. 2/17 Sun Devil Swim and Dive aims to defend its pair of Big 12 titles at the Big 12 Swim and Dive Championships presented by Allstate beginning Tuesday, Feb. 24, through Saturday, Feb. 28, in Greensboro, North Carolina at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
Fans can tune in on ESPN+, with both preliminary and finals being streamed all five days, and follow along with live results. Natalie Kalibat, Smacker Miles and ASU swim alumnus Kyle Sockwell will serve as the talent on the call.

A new qualifying process for the 2026 Division I NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships was introduced last October. Now, if an athlete wins their conference final in their event, they get an automatic bid to NCAAs if they swim the NCAA qualifying time.
Competition begins on Tuesday with time trials starting at 8 a.m. MST, then the first set of finals beginning at 3 p.m., with the men and women kicking off the week with the 200 medley relay, men’s and women’s team diving and the 800 free relay.
On Wednesday, preliminary swims will begin at 8 a.m. MST with finals starting at 4 p.m. each day until the final day of competition.
In 2025, the Sun Devils took home 31 Big 12 titles, helping lead the men’s and women’s teams to their first Big 12 Championships. The men are vying for their fourth-straight conference championship this week, while the women are looking to go back-to-back as Big 12 Champions.
Going into the week, the men’s team holds the top times in 17 of the 18 events, and the women’s team has 11 top times in 18 events in the Big 12.
In program history, the men’s team has won 97 individual and relay conference championships, and the women’s team has won 46 individual and relay conference titles. With both teams attempting to defend their Big 12 titles, they would join volleyball as the second and third teams to win the Big 12 this season.
In January, both men’s and women’s teams won the Big 12 West Championships against Arizona, Utah, BYU and Kansas.
