(Tucson, AZ) The Pima Community College volleyball team (12-13, 5-8 in ACCAC) fell in straight sets in Phoenix on Friday to South Mountain Community College (20-7, 10-3).
The Aztecs lost to the No. 9 ranked Cougars 25-23, 25-17, 25-16. The Aztecs have lost five of their last seven matches.

The Aztecs were swept in their regular season matches against the Cougars. They lost in four sets last month at the West Campus Aztec Gymnasium.
The Aztecs look forward as they close out the regular season with two matches at home next week and solidify a spot in the NJCAA Region I, Division II playoffs.
The Aztecs will host Chandler-Gilbert Community College on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
