The Pima Community College women’s soccer team (4-3-1) created opportunities but could not put one away as it fell at Mesa Community College (4-4) on Saturday.
The Aztecs were shut out 1-0 against the Thunderbirds as they finished with 11 shots on goal.

The Thunderbirds scored on a penalty kick in the 53rd minute.
Freshman Haven Chambers (Walden Grove HS), last week’s ACCAC Goalkeeper of the Week, finished with one save.
The Aztecs will return to Kino North Stadium on Tuesday to face off against Phoenix College at 7:00 p.m.
