After the game, coach Holthaus was recognized for his milestone.
“This (400 wins) is just the accumulation of what the great players I’ve had the privilege of coaching have done,” Holthaus said. “I’m just blessed to have them in my life and be at a place like Pima that allows me to do what I love.”
The Aztecs earned a regular season sweep over the Artichokes. They won 95-53 last month in Scottsdale.
The Aztecs hit the road on Wednesday when they play a tough match-up at Cochise College (Division I) at 5:30 p.m. The Aztecs will look for retribution as they fell 81-66 last month at the West Campus. The loss is Pima’s only blemish at the West Campus Gymnasium this season (10-1).
