Tucson, AZ – The Pima Community College volleyball team (4-9, 2-3 in ACCAC) dropped an ACCAC conference match on the road on Tuesday in Yuma.
The Aztecs fell in straight sets to Arizona Western College (9-6, 1-2) 25-16, 25-14, 25-22.
Sophomore Victoria Davis (Sahuaro HS) led the Aztecs with 11 kills and 10 digs while freshman Kaitlin Schmich (Mountain View HS) finished with nine kills and nine digs. Sophomore Kayli Riesgo (Cienega HS) had 24 assists and fellow sophomore Anissa Conrad (Sahuaro HS) posted 12 digs.
The Aztecs will step away from ACCAC conference play as they travel to California and play at San Diego City College on Friday at 5:00 p.m.
